Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing leader to drive impactful marketing campaigns across traditional and on-ground channels to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and footfall to stores.

The role involves strategizing, planning, and executing effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals, including above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) activities.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance customer experience and drive sales.
  • Plan and implement in-store promotions, branding, signage, visual merchandising, and events to drive footfall and sales.
  • Manage print, outdoor, radio, and other offline media campaigns to ensure consistent brand visibility.
  • Oversee local store marketing initiatives to drive sales and revenue growth.
