Senior Financial Partnership Developer

Job Purpose:
The primary responsibility of this role is to build and maintain strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions to expand our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential partners by researching their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with our business objectives.
- Evaluate the alignment of partner business objectives with ours, considering risks and opportunities associated with forming partnerships.
- Negotiate agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions that align with our strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all partnerships meet regulatory requirements and align with our business goals.
- Drive growth and new initiatives by identifying and implementing joint growth opportunities with partners.
Requirements:
- A graduate or postgraduate degree with 3-7 years of relevant work experience in a highly analytical approach, preferably in the financial services space.
- Demonstrated history of generating growth using data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
- Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions.
- A network in the banking and NBFC space.
- Strong communication skills to communicate and influence across various levels of the organization.
