Job Title:

Senior Financial Strategist

About the Role:

The Senior Financial Strategist will lead the overall financial management of the organization, including strategy development, reporting, compliance, risk assessment, and investor relations.

This position requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and deep expertise in corporate finance.

The role involves working closely with executive leadership to ensure sound financial planning, resource allocation, and profitability.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
  • Oversee tax planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Provide financial insights to support M&A, partnerships, and investment decisions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Board of Directors on long-term growth strategies.
  • Implement strong internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks.
Requirements:
  • CA/CPA/CMA/MBA Finance or equivalent advanced financial qualification.
  • 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in corporate finance, international accounting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, taxation, compliance, and risk management.
  • Experience in IT Consulting, Technology, or Professional Services industry preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and dynamic environment.
