Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Financial Executive to spearhead our financial strategy and planning efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with our business goals.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
  • Provide insightful recommendations to inform decision-making.
Accounts and Financial Reporting
  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Implement best practices in financial reporting to maintain transparency and accuracy.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure accuracy in financial MIS reports.
Audit and Compliance
  • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits end-to-end, ensuring timely closure and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls to minimize risks.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulators to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Taxation and Regulatory
  • Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and assessments.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory changes and implement necessary process updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred).
  • Professional accounting designation as a CA.
  • 10+ years' experience at a senior level financial managerial position.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and planner.
