Senior Finance Leadership Position

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the overall finance function, reporting to the Managing Directors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Handling day-to-day accounts, managing daily funds, arranging capital expenditures & working capital finance from banks.
  • Tax Compliance: Strong knowledge of Direct Tax Law, TDS, coordinating with consultants for tax assessment & appellate matters.
  • Accounting & Reporting: Monitoring & controlling accounting software configuration to ensure accurate accounting, reporting & compliance requirements.
  • ROC Compliance: Coordinating ROC compliance (filing annual returns of companies and LLP) with auditors in a timely manner.
  • Vendor Payments: Managing vendor payments.
  • Statutory Authorities: Liaising with statutory authorities including Income Tax, VAT & TDS departments.
  • GST Compliance: Maintaining GST compliance including filing of monthly GST returns.
  • TDS Compliance: Ensuring TDS compliance and booking entries in Microsoft Navision for all expenses and fixed assets.
  • Banking Relationships: Maintaining banking relationships, including handling NEFT and RTGS transactions.
