  • Taxation & Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations, coordinating with external consultants as needed.
  • Payments & Financial Transactions: Implement secure payment systems and manage financial transactions efficiently.
  • Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Optimize cash flow and banking relationships to support business growth.
  • Investor Relations: Foster strong relationships with investors through transparent communication.
  • ERP Systems & Technological Advancements: Leverage ERP platforms to streamline financial processes and explore AI/ML applications.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years in finance or accounting, with at least 7-8 years in a senior role.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, tax management, auditing, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms and knowledge of AI/ML applications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
