Job Title: Financial Strategist

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Strategist to lead our organization's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial leadership skills, strategic thinking, and analytical expertise to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to align with business objectives.
  2. Partner with senior management to provide actionable insights on revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
  3. Monitor financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Lead end-to-end accounting, compliance, taxation, and internal control processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that support business goals.
  6. Oversee client billing, revenue recognition, and working capital management to optimize cash flow.
  7. Support external audits, statutory filings, and compliance reporting to maintain transparency and accountability.
  8. Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering professional growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA).
  • 12–15 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong exposure to financial analysis, business partnering, and strategic decision support.
