Job Title: Senior Financial Strategist

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Strategist to play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and forecasts to drive business expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and review deal structures, ensuring competitiveness and margin protection.
  • Conduct thorough benchmarking and scenario modeling for strategic bids, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Consolidate financial data across business units, delivering forward-looking analysis and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Track and analyze revenue, costs, and margins, providing timely recommendations for corrective actions and performance improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification — mandatory.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in business finance, preferably in IT/ITeS or services industry.
  • Strong exposure to deal pricing, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), variance analysis, and management reporting.
  • Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with business intelligence (BI)/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is an added advantage.
