Job Summary:

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations.

  • Manage accounting processes, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cost and profitability analysis to identify opportunities for savings and optimization.
  • Support financial modeling and scenario planning for informed business decisions.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Collaborate with department heads to lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company goals and financial targets.
  • Prepare detailed financial forecasts and provide variance analysis to management.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • 4-5 years of overall experience in financial management and accounting, preferably in educational institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), and financial reporting requirements.
  • Previous experience managing audits and tax reporting processes.
  • Excellent skills in Excel and ERP/technology tools.
