A seasoned financial leader is sought after to spearhead the financial operations of a manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead and oversee all aspects of the plant's financial activities, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, accounting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
  • To drive cost efficiency and financial performance by analyzing financial reports and providing strategic recommendations to improve overall plant outcomes.
  • To manage and coordinate the preparation of timely and insightful financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • To develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
  • To foster a high-performing finance team within the plant, promoting adherence to standards and best practices.
  • To identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the organization's risk register is up-to-date and compliant.
  • To serve as a trusted finance business partner to the Plant Head, providing expert guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant with at least 18 years of experience in managing large plant finance & accounting teams.
  • Proficiency in SAP/HANA 4.0 or above is highly desirable.
