Job Opportunity:

A seasoned finance professional is sought to lead the accounting and compliance department in a manufacturing setting.

This role encompasses strategic financial management, treasury operations, taxation and regulatory compliance, audit and risk mitigation, banking relations, export/import financing, and team leadership and development.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements, as well as proven experience in treasury management and foreign exchange risk management.

Responsibilities include supervising the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, reviewing management reports, guiding month-end/year-end closing and audit processes, managing daily cash flow, overseeing treasury operations, coordinating with banks and financial institutions, ensuring timely and accurate filing of statutory returns, supervising GST reconciliation, ITC matching, audit preparation, and representation before authorities, overseeing ROC filings, FEMA/RBI compliance, liaison with external consultants and legal advisors, ensuring completion of Stock Audit, Statutory and GST audits within timelines, resolving audit observations and implementing process improvements, monitoring suspense accounts, bad debts, and high-risk transactions, overseeing preparation and review of CMA data, QIS reports, LC/Bank Guarantee documentation, coordinating with banks for limits renewal, submission of financials, and compliance declarations, managing RBI compliance related to export-import transactions, overseeing imports including BOEs, customs payments, and duty reconciliations, managing Auditor's certifications, export turnover declarations, and write-off settlements, leading and mentoring the finance, accounts, and compliance teams across units, providing strategic financial inputs to senior management for business decision-making, and ensuring team adherence to timelines and upskilling through process training.
