Commercial Partnership Development ManagerAbout the Role:
We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead commercial partnership development, driving growth through strategic alliances and network expansion.
This role will focus on identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with key stakeholders in the construction industry, including landowners, developers, architects, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard strategic partners across the construction ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with partners to drive continuous engagement and project flow.
- Negotiate partnership terms and contracts ensuring mutual value creation.
Skills & Qualifications:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure domain.
- Strong understanding of the commercial construction ecosystem and stakeholder landscape.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
