Key Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Franchise Development Manager to identify and acquire new franchise opportunities.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Identify high-potential business regions for franchise expansion through thorough research and analysis.
- Establish strong relationships with existing franchisees and brokers to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to attract new franchisees and drive onboarding closures.
- Ensure timely business transition, account activation, and revenue generation from newly acquired franchisees.
- Maintain accurate records of franchise retention rates and adjust strategies accordingly to meet organizational targets and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for expansion within our existing network.
- Implement digital trading practices across our franchisee base and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in franchise development or partner sales with a strong understanding of the stock broking industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building and managing relationships.
- Knowledge of relevant compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to the stock broking industry.
