Franchise Business Development

We are seeking a strategic and proactive Franchise Business Development Manager to expand our franchise network.

This role requires an individual with an in-depth understanding of ownership franchise business models, excellent sales acumen, and ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Franchise Network Expansion:
      • Identify and approach potential franchise partners.
      • Negotiate terms and close franchise agreements to onboard new partners.
    • Pitching and Sales:
      • Develop customized pitches tailored to each partner to secure franchise deals.
    • Onboarding and Integration:
      • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for new franchise partners during the onboarding phase, ensuring all their queries are addressed.
    • Market Analysis and Lead Generation:
      • Conduct market research to identify potential franchise opportunities and industry trends.
    • Relationship Management:
      • Build and nurture strong relationships with franchise partners, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our franchise network through strategic partnerships and negotiations.

They will develop and implement effective sales strategies, negotiate agreements, and ensure seamless onboarding processes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
