Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Franchise Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth and expansion of our pre-school network.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, communicate & present effectively to potential business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential business partners for the expansion of pre-school franchises.
  • Conduct city profiling and identify prime locations for new franchise openings.
  • Develop and implement lead generation initiatives through strategic marketing activities.
  • Present business proposals to potential partners and facilitate negotiations.
  • Evaluate prospect profiles for suitability as business partners.
  • Design, implement and facilitate marketing strategies for franchise acquisition.
  • Oversee revenue, profitability targets, product development and launching of products in designated regions.
  • Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for business partners and coordinate with them for smooth functioning of franchise centers.
  • Build brand awareness of the school in target markets and conduct regular center inspections.
  • Ensure academic processes and delivery meet company standards.
  • Monitor market intelligence within the industry.
  • Tier correction procedures, including completion, lost enquiry, market survey and catchment analysis.
  • Comply with all legal norms and procedures.
  • Submit bi-weekly reports to track acquisitions.

Qualification & Requisite:

  • Post Graduate in Management (Operations / Sales) OR Graduate (BBA / BMS) with 5-7 years of experience in franchisee / sales / institutional sales.
  • Understanding of geographic regions and willingness to travel.
