Job Title: Chief Accounting Officer

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Accounting Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and post journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Closing Activities: Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Asset Management: Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
  • Audit Support: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in the implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives.
