**Job Title:** Chief Marketing Officer

The role of Chief Marketing Officer is crucial for a leading apparel manufacturing company in Asia. This organization boasts state-of-the-art in-house manufacturing facilities that cater to prominent USA and European brands.

We seek an ideal candidate who has experience handling various types of products and categories, including tops, bottoms, outerwear, formal wear, casual wear, knits, woven, denims, sportswear, activewear, etc. The successful individual must also be proficient in generating business worth approximately $200 million per annum in a phased manner.

Professionals with expertise in handling premium USA, UK, and European brands are highly desirable. They should have strong sourcing knowledge of fabrics, trims, accessories, costing, etc. from various regions. The ideal candidate will also have strengths in product development (PD), costing, supply chain management, and strong business acumen.

Travel extensively to meet buyers, make presentations, attend international fairs, and work closely with the in-house design and PD teams to develop new collections on a regular basis. Overseas work experience is an added advantage.

The CMO will report directly to the Managing Director/Board and preferably have formal education in fashion, textiles, or other related fields from prestigious institutes. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as strong people and work management skills. A strong leader and team player is required.
