Lead Brand Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our branding efforts and elevate the institution's reputation.

About the Role:
  • This is a senior-level position that requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of brand management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and executing branding strategies, managing media relations, and fostering stakeholder engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Brand Strategy & Management
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive branding strategy aligned with institutional goals, creating a strong and recognizable brand identity.
  • Maintain consistency of brand identity across all channels (digital, print, events) to ensure cohesive messaging and a unified visual language.
  • Foster brand recall and equity within the education ecosystem through targeted outreach and engagement initiatives.
  1. Public Relations & Media Management
  • Nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, influencers, and industry bodies, to elevate the institution's reputation and build trust.
  • Create compelling press releases, articles, and speeches that showcase leadership expertise and thought leadership.
  • Effectively manage media coverage, crisis communication, and institutional reputation to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  1. Digital & Social Media Presence
  • Drive brand presence on social media platforms, leveraging content marketing strategies to engage audiences and build a loyal community.
  • Oversight content strategy, storytelling, and digital campaigns to maximize online visibility and drive business results.
  • Analyze data to inform and optimize digital marketing efforts, ensuring continuous improvement and return on investment.
  1. Events & Outreach
  • Organize impactful branding events, education fairs, conferences, and community outreach initiatives that promote the institution's mission and values.
  • Elevate institutional visibility at national and international forums, showcasing expertise and thought leadership.

  • Manage internal communications and alumni engagement to foster a sense of community and shared purpose.
  • Collaborate with academic, CRC, and admissions teams to ensure brand alignment and consistency across all touchpoints.
