Job Title: Chief Land Acquisition & Business Development Officer

Job Description:

  • Promote and secure land acquisition for business development by effectively liaising with farmers, villagers, government authorities, and other stakeholders. Develop strategic plans to acquire land in compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Manage the entire process of land acquisition from identification to rehabilitation and resettlement of project affected people, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and R&R policy.
  • Develop strong relationships with government officials, local consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and approvals.
  • Collaborate with lawyers to handle litigations and provide legal support as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain all internal and external approvals, including necessary documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of land acquisition laws and regulations.
  • Able to develop strategic plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Good analytical and technical skills.
