As a seasoned Senior Liaison Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our real estate ventures forward.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional with over 15 years of expertise in managing government relations, legal coordination, and regulatory affairs. The ideal candidate should possess strong networking abilities with key stakeholders such as government departments, municipal authorities, legal professionals, and regulatory bodies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between our organization and various government departments, local authorities, and regulatory agencies.
  • Facilitate the timely acquisition of all necessary project permissions, clearances, and NOCs (e.g., RERA, environmental, municipal, utility, fire, etc.).
  • Liaise with town planning departments, land registration offices, and legal consultants to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
  • Broadcast and maintain effective professional relationships with government officials, statutory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in real estate regulations, zoning laws, land acquisition policies, and other relevant government procedures.
Essential Qualifications
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Law, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in liaison, government relations, or legal coordination roles.
  • Proven track record of working closely with BMC, Town Planning, Urban Development Authorities, Pollution Boards, and other government bodies.
  • Demonstrated legal and regulatory knowledge applicable to real estate, infrastructure, or urban development projects.
