Senior Strategic Land Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire land acquisition process, including all statutory compliances and liaisoning with government authorities. This involves purchasing land from private farmers, registration and payments, mutations, demarcation, and clearances from relevant authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Land Acquisition: Oversee the purchase of land from private farmers, land acquisition through government under the Land Acquisition Act 1894, and related statutory clearances.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with government regulations, laws, and policies related to land acquisition and management.
- Liaisoning: Liaise with government authorities, local consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Legal Matters: Coordinate drafting and documentation of legal matters, engagement with senior advocates at high court and supreme court.
- Social Responsibility: Monitor and implement social welfare functions and activities in adopted villages, including general health checkup camps, ITI training, and infrastructure development.
- Public Relations: Manage day-to-day corporate affairs matters, liaisoning with local and state-level politicians, PR with district, state, and central government officials, and local media.
