Job Title: Senior Finance Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.

This role is responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to senior management, as well as managing the company's cash flow and budget. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.

The Senior Finance Associate will work closely with the finance team to identify areas of cost savings and implement process improvements. This may include analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and developing recommendations for business improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Financial Planning & Analysis:
      • Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
      • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
      • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
    • Cash Flow & Budget Management:
      • Manage the company's cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity.
      • Oversee the preparation and tracking of budgets.
      • Recommend measures to improve cost-efficiency and financial sustainability.
    • Process Optimization:
      • Identify areas of cost savings and implement process improvements.
      • Ensure compliance with all internal controls, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Requirements:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to think critically and strategically.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • Professional certification (CPA, CFA, etc.).
    • Relevant industry experience.
