Our organization seeks a seasoned expert in international trade finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in trade finance operations, compliance, or consulting.

This is a full-time position requiring 5–10 years of experience in the field. The successful applicant will have in-depth knowledge of various trade finance instruments and a strong understanding of relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the domain expert for trade finance in platform development and ensure alignment with banking practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Define and validate workflows for trade finance instruments, including letters of credit, bills of exchange, invoices, bills of lading, and import/export documentation.
  • Provide compliance and regulatory inputs, including UCP 600, ISBP, FEMA, AML, KYC, OFAC, and ICC guidelines.
  • Collaborate with product, technology, and client teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Validate AI/ML-driven outputs such as OCR accuracy, anomaly detection, and classification of trade documents.
  • Support vulnerability assessments, audits, and risk evaluations from a trade finance domain perspective.
  • Prepare use-case scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria for new product features.
  • Assist in client onboarding discussions, demos, and training sessions.
  • Advise on business continuity requirements for trade finance operations.
  • Stay updated on the latest trade finance trends, regulations, and digital transformation initiatives.
