Finance Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to lead our financial operations and drive business growth.

The role involves managing US Accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This entails analyzing financial data, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP. Additionally, the role requires supporting treasury functions, coordinating audits, and working closely with teams for financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Analyze financial trends and variances to inform strategic decision-making and improve profitability.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital; maintain banking relationships.
  • Oversee treasury functions: lines of credit, interest, FX exposure, liquidity.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting policies, and internal controls.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors/tax advisors.
  • Supervise finance/accounting staff, provide coaching and performance management.
  • Work cross-functionally (e.g., with sales, procurement, ops) for budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis.
  • Identify and implement efficiency initiatives in financial processes and systems.
  • Maintain and upgrade ERP/financial software; standardize workflows.
