Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to spearhead our Finance & Accounts department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the integrity of financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all financial activities.
  • Lead a large team, driving compliance, efficiency, and innovation in all financial processes.
  • Maintain robust accounting systems and ensure effective maintenance of the chart of accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and RBI guidelines.
  • Build and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in banking/financial institutions.
  • Strong working knowledge of core banking platforms (Finacle, Flexcube) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
  • Exceptional leadership and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
