Job Opportunity: Financial Leadership

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Executive to spearhead our finance operations. This role demands exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to drive financial growth and success.

As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of finance functions, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the finance team in achieving financial targets and goals.
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies and policies.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and funding requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business units and senior management.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CA/CPA certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior finance roles, preferably in a large organization.
  • Proven track record of financial leadership and success.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
