Job Title:
Chief Financial Officer and Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer and Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial and operational aspects of our organization, including accounting, finance, and administration. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all financial transactions, including cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
2. Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accurate and timely decision-making.
3. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Manage and maintain relationships with external auditors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
5. Oversee the operations team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
6. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to enhance efficiency and productivity.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA certification preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role.
3. Proven track record of success in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve organizational goals.
