Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement internal controls and risk management practices to ensure the integrity of financial operations.
  • Manage ERP and MIS systems, ensuring seamless integration with other business functions.
  • Develop and maintain cash flow and treasury management systems.
  • Create and manage budgets and forecasts to inform strategic financial planning.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
  • Minimum 14-15 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the real estate sector.
