Job Title: Senior Business Director

As a seasoned Litigation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's litigation and dispute resolution processes. This includes managing complex legal cases, representing the company in various courts, and drafting legal documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Court Representation: Represent the company in Writ Courts, District Courts, and Consumer Courts to ensure effective management of litigation.
  • Document Drafting: Create and finalize legal documents, including writ petitions, civil suits, and criminal complaints, with precision and accuracy.
  • External Coordination: Coordinate with external legal counsel and monitor daily updates on pending matters to ensure seamless case management.
  • Legal Metrics Analysis: Prepare and analyze legal metrics to track and control litigation cases, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to manage litigation effectively, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Business Advisory: Provide expert legal advice and guidance on business contracts and agreements, enabling informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Education: LLB degree from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in handling litigation, preferably in the infrastructure and construction sectors.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
