Location: Raipur

As a HR Business Partner, you will support day-to-day HR operations, assist in employee engagement, and help implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional (4 to 5 year's experience)to grow within a vibrant organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in onboarding of new employees.
  • Support employee engagement activities and communication.
  • Maintain HR records and employee database updates.
  • Support performance management processes.
  • Address employee queries and maintain HR policies compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR team for payroll, attendance, and other HR operations.
  • Contribute to building a positive, inclusive work culture.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Prior internship or exposure to HR functions is a plus but not mandatory.
