**Job Title:** Human Resource Information System Manager

About the Role

This is a key position that requires exceptional organizational and technical skills to support the successful implementation of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless system operation, effective data management, and delivering high-quality services to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain HRIS functionality, including security roles, workflows, and business rules.
  • Provide expert support for system users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely manner.
  • Analyze HR functional business processes and recommend improvements to meet business needs.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing users, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and integrations.
  • Manage system upgrades, releases, and maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption.

Requirements
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record as a SuccessFactors administrator, with expertise in system testing, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel, particularly with advanced formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookups.
  • Familiarity with HRIS structure, functions, and processes, including employee central, performance management, compensation, learning management, succession, onboarding, and recruiting.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on meeting stakeholder expectations.
