Senior HR Manager Role

A forward-thinking organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Manager to oversee various HR functions. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Daily tasks will involve developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee benefits and payroll, and maintaining a positive work environment.

This role also involves strategic planning, workforce development, and addressing employee concerns and conflicts.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience: Strong experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition is required.
  • Expertise: Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management is essential.
  • HR Policies: Proficient in HR Policies Development, Compliance, and Labor Laws.
  • Payroll Management: Knowledge of Payroll Management, Employee Benefits Administration is necessary.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills are required.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is an added advantage.
