Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to oversee all aspects of our HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Support business needs through staff development, engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage performance review processes and work with department heads on performance improvement plans.
  • Organize training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
