We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources professional to lead our HR department and drive strategic initiatives that foster employee engagement, productivity, and growth. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, designing company policies, setting objectives for the HR team, and shaping employer brand strategies. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting clear objectives for the HR team and monitoring progress
  • Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment
  • Developing compensation and benefits plans that align with business goals
  • Supporting and suggesting improvements to the entire recruitment process
  • Hosting in-house recruitment events and managing employee outreach programs
  • Discussing employees' career development paths with managers and providing guidance on talent development
  • Monitoring HR metrics, such as turnover rates and cost-per-hire
  • Reviewing departmental budgets and making recommendations for improvement
  • Organizing learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Ensuring timely resolution of employee grievances and requests
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor regulations and compliance requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar position
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)
  • A solid understanding of labor legislation and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and stakeholders
