We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance, accounting, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Provide expert insights and recommendations to the leadership team for informed decision-making.

Financial Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, aligning with Indian GAAP/IFRS/Ind-AS standards.
  • Implement best practices in financial reporting and monitoring cash flow, working capital, and MIS reports.

Audit & Compliance:

  • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, FEMA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to minimize risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

Taxation & Regulatory:

  • Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and assessments, ensuring timely payments and adherence to statutory deadlines.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary process updates to maintain compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Professional accounting designation as a CA
  • Minimum 10 years' experience at a senior level financial managerial position in a similar industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-driven, strategic thinker, and planner
