About this Opportunity:

We are seeking an accomplished Academic Operations Director to lead and manage the effective functioning of our academic programs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of academic delivery, efficient coordination between stakeholders, and resolving operational challenges to provide a superior learning experience for students.

Applicants with experience in educational settings are preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Ensure all tasks assigned to team members are completed accurately and on time. Monitor daily distribution of assignments to students and address any gaps in the process. Track tests conducted and ensure test sheets are updated promptly and accurately.
  • Data Management and Coordination: Maintain and update the academic student database to reflect current information. Collaborate with the finance team to complete trial documents and send notifications to new students joining the program. Maintain a clear overview of all students, teachers, and classes to ensure seamless operations.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Address complex queries and resolve issues escalated by team members. Communicate with teachers and parents when required to address concerns or provide updates.
  • Resource Management: Share relevant resource materials with teachers and students. Source and procure books or materials that align with student needs.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with teachers to maintain high standards of academic delivery. Monitor the overall academic experience to ensure a productive and enjoyable learning journey for students.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in academic management or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
  • A proactive problem solver who can handle challenging situations with confidence.
  • Familiarity with educational resources and teaching methodologies is beneficial.
