Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Management professional to lead our organization in adopting a performance-driven culture. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for designing and managing the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) that aligns business and people performance.

The successful applicant will have a strong focus on Strategic Performance Management, Balancing Scorecard (BSC), and Appraisal and Review Management. You will work closely with functional heads to set and align Key Result Areas (KRAs)/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on the BSC framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Performance Management: Design and manage the end-to-end PMS to ensure performance alignment with business goals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Framework

The ideal candidate will develop BSC-based scorecards at organization, department, and individual levels, defining SMART KPIs across all four dimensions:

  1. Financial: Revenue per employee, cost reduction initiatives.
  2. Customer: Client satisfaction scores, project delivery metrics.
  3. Internal Processes: Operational efficiency, compliance adherence.
  4. Learning & Growth: Training hours, innovation participation, succession readiness.

Generate dashboards and BSC reviews for strategic decision-making by senior leadership.

Education and Qualifications

The successful applicant should possess:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources from a reputable institution.
  • 8–12 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on Performance Management and Balanced Scorecard implementation.
  • Industry preference: Electronics, Industrial Automation, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
Technical Skills

The ideal candidate should be proficient in:

  • BSC, PMS modules of HRMS systems.
  • Excel, analytics, and dashboard tools.
Behavioural Competencies

The successful applicant should demonstrate:

  • Strategic thinking and execution capability.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage dual reporting and multiple business expectations.
