About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity for a Sr. Creative Strategist to drive the development of creative strategies and ideas across multiple brands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and implement innovative campaigns that meet client objectives.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in creative strategy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of junior creatives. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Crafting compelling campaign concepts and presentations to engage clients and internal stakeholders.

  2. Developing and implementing creative strategies that align with brand goals and objectives.

  3. Liaising with the New Business team to ensure seamless integration of creative ideas into pitches.

  4. Collaborating with the Integrated Solutions Team to coordinate tasks and ensure timely delivery of projects.

  5. Providing guidance and direction to junior creatives to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  6. Maintaining awareness of industry trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the curve.

  7. Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to develop and propose value-added, creative interactive strategies and presentations.

  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to manage a team of junior creative resources.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Understanding of target audience and ability to create content that appeals to them.
