Senior Visual Designer

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Visual Designer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive visual excellence across the board.

This role involves creating brand systems, campaigns, packaging, print, and digital assets that captivate audiences and communicate our message effectively. You will be responsible for developing logos, visual languages, typography stacks, color systems, iconography, and brand guidelines that reflect our company's values and aesthetic.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also need excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with copywriters, strategists, developers, and vendors to bring creative visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually stunning brand systems, campaigns, and packaging solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Develop compelling content for social media, OOH, print, and digital channels.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, creativity, and timeliness in all deliverables.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to create cohesive visual identities.
  • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including websites, landing pages, and email campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a fast-paced design agency or in-house team.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Excellent understanding of branding, visual identity, and messaging principles.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
