Visual Designer and Animator Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Visual Designer and Animator to join our team of creatives. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge design, strategy, and digital experiences for brands across various industries.

A successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top-notch visual designs and animations that push boundaries and exceed expectations. Key areas of focus include social media and digital design, branding, motion graphics, and video creation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design captivating social media creatives, banners, ad graphics, and cover pictures for various platforms.
  • Conceptualize and execute unique visuals and videos that align with brand identities and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, platform-specific requirements, and AI-driven creative tools.
Digital Design Expertise
  • Create visually appealing designs for websites, icons, infographics, and brand elements.
  • Collaborate with web/UI teams to deliver custom-designed graphics for web projects.
  • Develop print-ready materials, including flyers, brochures, logos, posters, t-shirts, and corporate identity kits.
Motion Graphics and Video Production
  • Produce engaging explainer videos, social media promos, ad creatives, and product demos.
  • Edit raw video footage, apply motion graphics, transitions, and effects using advanced software.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to generate high-quality video content based on provided scripts and contexts.
Creative Innovation and Adaptability
  • Utilize AI-driven workflows and international design standards to enhance creative output.
  • Recommend new AI-driven tools to improve design and video creation efficiency.
  • Showcase flexibility in responding to urgent client changes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in design and animation (agency experience is preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Knowledge of social media design trends and platform-specific requirements.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute engaging visuals and animations.
  • Knowledge of 3D animation software (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding, video editing, and motion graphics.
  • Self-motivation and attention to detail.
