Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a skilled accounting professional to manage our company's financial operations and ensure the accuracy of our records.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily accounting entries, including journal vouchers, payment/receipt entries, and reconciliations.
- Maintain books of accounts as per accounting standards and company policies.
- Reconcile client ledgers, broker accounts, bank statements, and depository records (NSDL/CDSL).
- Assist in preparation of financial statements, P&L, and balance sheet.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances relevant to the broking industry.
- Support in audits (statutory, internal, and regulatory audits by SEBI/Exchanges).
- Maintain proper documentation and records for reporting and audit purposes.
- CA intern / CA / Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- 2+ years of accounting experience (preferably in a stock broking / financial services company).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory guidelines (SEBI, Exchanges), finalization of accounts GST filling etc.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, or broker-specific back-office software).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis.
- Attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
