About the Role

As a key player in our revenue growth strategy, you will be responsible for driving sales expansion through the development and management of a network of franchise partners. This role involves optimizing existing franchisee performance, identifying new opportunities, and leveraging strong relationship-building skills within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Franchise Network Development:
    • Identify prospective franchise partners.
    • Conduct feasibility assessments and negotiate franchise agreements.
  • Revenue Growth:
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through both direct sales and franchisee channels.
    • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
  • Franchisee Management:
    • Onboard new franchisees with detailed product training and compliance guidelines.
    • Provide ongoing support—regular visits, performance reviews, and coaching—to ensure targets are met.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Gather competitor data, track market developments, and feedback insights to the regional sales head.
    • Recommend strategic initiatives to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
  • Reporting & Administration:
    • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and franchisee performance reports.
    • Liaise with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, medical affairs) to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications & Experience

You must have a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.

We are looking for candidates with 2–5 years of overall experience in pharmaceutical sales or franchise/channel development roles.

Candidates should have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach are essential.

Good understanding of pharmaceutical products, regulatory norms, and market dynamics is required.

Candidates should be self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a must.
