Job Summary:

WorkQuest India seeks a skilled Sales and Customer Relations Specialist to effectively manage and cultivate customer relationships, generate leads, and ensure accurate data management within the CRM system.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively generating leads through various channels, leveraging market research to identify potential customers and industries for product and service offerings.
  • Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  1. Customer Communication:
  • Initiate outbound calls to both existing and potential customers to promote company products and services, persuading customers through effective communication to encourage product or service purchases.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service.
  1. CRM Entry and Data Management:
  • Accurately record customer details, interactions, and purchase orders in the CRM system, regularly updating and maintaining customer records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  1. Collaboration with Outside Sales Team:
  • Work closely with the outside sales team to share promising leads and relevant customer information, assisting in developing strategies to maximize sales opportunities and meet revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry practices.
  • Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
