Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Development Specialist to join our team at SparkHIVE. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales efforts through effective communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales growth and client satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth.
  • Monitor client accounts, resolve concerns, and meet sales targets.
  • Prepare reports on client accounts and attend networking events to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong negotiation and networking abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients, work independently, and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, with a customer-centric mindset and focus on results-driven performance.
