Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Development Specialist to join our team at SparkHIVE. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between our organization and clients to ensure effective communication and relationship management.
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Monitor customer accounts and resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet sales targets and prepare reports on client accounts to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and networking abilities, with proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, with a customer-centric mindset and focus.
