Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation and coordination of the MD's activities. This individual manages schedules, communications, and various administrative tasks, acting as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

This position requires flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:
  • The successful candidate will manage and maintain the MD's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • They will prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • This role involves handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Communication Management:
  • The Executive Assistant will screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.
  • Drafting and proofreading communications on behalf of the MD is also a key responsibility.
  • Coordination of communication between the MD and other executives, employees, and external parties is essential.
Meeting Coordination:
  • Organizing and preparing materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes, is a critical aspect of this role.
  • Attending meetings, taking notes, and ensuring follow-up on action items are also important responsibilities.
Project Management:
  • The Executive Assistant will assist in planning and executing special projects.
  • Tracking progress and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks, is an essential skill for this role.
Travel Arrangements:
  • This role involves planning and coordinating domestic and international travel itineraries.
  • Handling travel-related logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and expense reports, is also a key responsibility.
Event Planning:
  • Assisting in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences is an important aspect of this role.
  • Managing event logistics and liaising with vendors and service providers is also a key responsibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities are also essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
  • This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also crucial.
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality is necessary for this position.

Estimated Salary: ₹45,000 - ₹60,000 per month.
