We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to fill the role of Administrative Coordinator to our Managing Director.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our Managing Director, ensuring efficient operation and coordination of their activities. This will include managing schedules, communications, and various administrative tasks, as well as acting as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the MD's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.
  • Draft and proofread communications on behalf of the MD.
  • Coordinate communication between the MD and other executives, employees, and external parties.
  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects.
  • Track progress and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries.

Compensation:

The salary for this position is ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience.
