Executive Assistant to Managing Director

As an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation and coordination of the MD's activities.
You will manage schedules, communications, and various administrative tasks, acting as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. This position requires flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the MD's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.
- Draft and proofread communications on behalf of the MD.
- Coordinate communication between the MD and other executives, employees, and external parties.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects.
- Track progress and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
The estimated salary for this position is ₹ 12-15 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
