Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, communications, and various administrative tasks. This will involve acting as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, handling confidential information with discretion, and demonstrating flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the MD's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the MD.
- Draft and proofread communications for the MD, coordinating communication with executives, employees, and external parties.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Assist in planning and execution of special projects, tracking progress and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, handle travel-related logistics, and prepare expense reports.

Requirements
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Estimated Salary
This role comes with an estimated annual salary of ₹12 lakhs - ₹15 lakhs (approx. $16,000 - $20,000 USD) depending on experience.
