We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Inner Engineering Products & Systems Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our back office team, this role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, with expertise in data management, project processing, market research, data analysis, and financial management. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and high-level written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

  • Gathering and processing research data and information for decision-making purposes.
  • Performing administrative tasks including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
  • Assisting and coordinating with the project team to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Supporting the Front Office team in achieving their goals and objectives.
  • Assisting with inventory control and maintaining accurate records.
  • Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars to ensure seamless communication.
  • Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Providing administrative support to management and other teams as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Previous work experience as an Office Executive or in a related role.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms and other business software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis.
